BROWN TROUT AND SALMON FISHING IN IRELAND Our fishing lodges are located to the north of lough Corrib on the Co.Galway - Co. Mayo border. Here you are perfectly placed to access Lough Corrib, Lough Mask and Lough Carra which affords the angler a choice of waters not available anywhere else in Europe. The nearby town of Ballinrobe lays claim to the title of `Lake Angling Capital of the West`. Also in the vicinity are the charming villages of Corr na Móna and Cong. With it`s breathtaking scenery and its excellent wild brown trout fishing this destination is a fisherman's delight. The fishing is good either you decide to come early or late in the season, it’s off course more silver fish early in the season, but fresh fish are arriving all the time. They are the local professionals and are licensed to guide on all the classified and unclassified rivers in the Terrace, Kitimat and Prince Rupert area. Their license includes the Main strem Skeena, Zymotez (Copper) class one and two, Kalum, Gitnadiox and Kwinamass plus all the unclassified waters. These rivers are the home of all the world record steelhead and salmon. Our Skeena fishing lodge is situated right near the Skeena river, minutes from the Copper and Kalum rivers.
